Orano TN is seeking Financial Analyst III-IV to support Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) with primary responsibilities for financial oversight of Services and Transportation Business Lines including project control activities that manage, control, and report on costs.
The Financial Analyst will perform a variety of planning and reporting tasks including but not limited to:
- Owns all financial metrics of their business line and planning requirements (Budget plans, Quarterly planning updates, Strategic Action Plan).
- Partners with Project Managers (PMs) and provides financial guidance on projects, including assisting with the budget creation, work breakdown structure (WBS) development. Conducts monthly project reviews, including invoicing, receivables, past dues, revenue recognition, contingencies, etc.
- Ensures Business Line Leader understands and is in agreement with financials prior to rollups. Reviews and approves all EAC/schedule changes to projects for their business line. Reviews and approves capital expenditures in their business line, ensures capitalization is appropriate and works with Controller as needed to ensure compliance, capital projects placed in service, etc.
- Summarizes the financials to the CFO prior to the Offer committee meetings, Major Project Reviews, Capital and R&D committees (sets up a meetings to discuss highlights - risks, etc.)
- Partners with commercial team on bids and proposals for their business line area. Works on proposal cost estimates and modeling of deals.
- Partners with Controller to understand all pieces on the balance sheet that is for their business line, including unbilled and deferred balances on their projects. Participates in quarterly balance sheet reviews.
- Helps consolidate and report annual INCOME campaign.

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this opportunity. Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher level position:
- BA/BS in Accounting, Business or related field, or comparable experience in lieu of degree, plus minimum 5-8 years of related work experience. An advanced degree (MS or MBA) may substitute for 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Extensive background in finance.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with PC-based applications such as MS Office.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management; demonstrated project leadership.
- Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly, and work well as part of a team.
- Knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of Finance and/or Accounting field.

Pay Range: $80,000-$130,000 per year
