Finance and Administration Associate

In addition to our novel well sealing technology, BioSqueeze Inc. is collaborating with the DoD on several strategic applications of our technology, including soil stabilization and concrete infrastructure repair.

Job Summary:

BioSqueeze Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance and Administration Associate to support our growing team. This role will be responsible for a variety of finance, human resources and administrative functions and will be pivotal to the day-to-day operation of the company. Additional responsibilities may include project management and marketing support, depending on the applicants’ skills and interests. This role reports directly to the Finance Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· New hire onboarding and recordkeeping.

· Assist with the development of company policies and procedures.

· Assist with Health & Safety requirements.

· Company purchase card administration.

· Employee expense report administration.

· Assist with contract management and insurance.

· Information technology services coordination.

· Coordination of facility leases and maintenance requirements.

· Vendor management and purchasing support.

· Materials inventory and spare parts support.

· Coordination of company events.

· Other administrative tasks, as necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks.

· Knowledge of basic accounting

· Experience with QuickBooks preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
