Salary Range: up-to $27.00/Hr

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerical Data Entry Clerk I to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to accurately enter and maintain data within our systems. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our administrative functions and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data.

Key Responsibilities

•

Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems (Excel and Smartsheets or Googlesheets). - Review and verify documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.

•

Respond to data inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

•

Prepare and maintain detailed records of tasks performed.

•

Assist in generating reports and summaries based on inputted data.

•

Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless data exchange and accuracy.

•

Perform routine clerical duties including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.

•

Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.

•

Assist in training new team members on data entry processes and systems.

•

Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

•

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred.

•

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or clerical work.

•

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.

•

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

•

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

•

Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

•

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

•

Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.

Physical Requirements

•

Ability to sit for extended periods while performing data entry tasks.

•

Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds of office supplies and materials.
