What You Can ExpectAs the Field Technical Trainer Advisor, you will develop and conduct technical training programs for Wind, Solar, and Battery Energy Storage technicians. This position will not only educate and standardize training materials but participate in the quality control programs and ensure all technicians are evaluated and scored based on their technical abilities. Reporting to the VP of Field Services, this position is located at the Five Wells Solar site in Rogers, TX, however, the trainer will travel to various sites as a subject matter expert and will provide training at offices in both Houston, TX and Denver, CO.
