We’re a customer-first company that values craftsmanship, safety, and innovation—and we’re looking for a dedicated Field Supervisor to lead the way on job sites and help take our install teams to the next level.
Position Overview:
As a Field Supervisor, you’ll oversee multiple solar and battery installation crews, ensuring all projects meet our high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll play a critical role in field operations—training teams, enforcing policies, troubleshooting on-site issues, and keeping installations on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Oversight
•Supervise and support multiple installation crews across various job sites
•Enforce company policies, job site safety standards (in collaboration with Safety Committee), and OSHA regulations
•Provide real-time coaching, write-ups, and performance feedback to field staff
•Ensure teams follow installation plans, blueprints, and customer expectations
Project Execution & Quality Control
•Conduct site walk-throughs and quality checks
•Review job documentation before deployment and resolve any pre-install concerns
•Lead pre-job briefings with install teams to communicate scope and goals
•Track job progress, labor hours, and performance metrics
•Identify trends and opportunities for field process improvements
Training & Development
•Train new and current employees on proper installation practices
•Maintain a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence
•Foster team morale and professional development
Technical & Hands-On Support
•Assist with technical challenges, troubleshooting, and PV system configuration
•Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and site plans
•Occasionally assist with installations as needed
•Ensure job sites are clean, weather-sealed, and customer-ready
Requirements:
•3+ years of hands-on experience in solar installation and/or battery installation
•1+ year of crew or job site supervisory experience preferred
•OSHA 10 certification (required)
•Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
•Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
•Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
•Excellent communication and leadership abilities
•Working knowledge of electrical systems and PV equipment a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42.00 - $48.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
