Project Manager - Battery Energy Storage Systems

In this role, you’ll take the lead on solar and BESS installation projects throughout the project lifecycle. That means working closely with clients to understand their needs, planning and coordinating every phase of the project, and making sure everything runs smoothly, on schedule, and within budget.

You’ll manage procurement of key equipment like solar panels and inverters, and you’ll guide a team of engineers, construction professionals, and subcontractors to bring each project to life. Along the way, you’ll ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, keep a close eye on budgets, and help identify and manage any risks that come up.

When a project wraps up, you’ll lead the close-out process—making sure all documentation is complete, evaluating the project’s success, and capturing lessons learned for the future.
