Purpose: Candidate will be expected to assist with the installation, maintenance, and repairs of propane systems in accordance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Install, repair, and maintain propane equipment as required
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Perform system safety checks and inspections for all new existing customers
- Be licensed and willing to help with delivery of bulk energy products, to also include:
- Assist in maintaining accurate parts inventory
- Perform all service work in accordance with NFPA 58
- Trained in MN Propane Associate Service and Repair Maintenance guidelines
- Provide after-hour assistance as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Class A CDL with tanker and hazardous materials endorsements
- Current MVR detailing driving record within company standards
- Meet DOT physical and medical requirements
- Pass a substance abuse screening and agree to random substance abuse tests
- Knowledge of energy products and services, such as propane is a plus
- Must attend all required safety and educational training
- Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally
- Self-motivated, energetic, detail oriented and able to adhere to deadlines
- Great leadership, communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
- Basic math aptitude including computing percentages
- Understanding and accurately complete invoice paperwork
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Occasional environment of adverse conditions
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to work in inclement weather
