Field Service Commercial & Operations Leader

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Field Service Commercial & Operations Leader will be responsible for the following:

- Leading the strategic development and execution of the legacy Clark, Worthington and Ingersoll-Rand field service program, aligning with overall corporate goals to drive growth and innovation in Cooper’s field services for legacy Clark, Worthington and Ingersoll-Rand slow speed integral engines

- Overseeing the financial performance of the program’s cost centers, ensuring cost-efficiency targets are met and resources are optimized

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention

- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement. Focusing on personnel development through talent assessment, targeted training programs, and succession planning to ensure future leadership continuity

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum High School diploma or GED from an accredited school or institution with at least 15 years of experience in field service, operations, and commercial leadership, with a strong technical knowledge of the industry

- Deep technical knowledge of reciprocating engines; especially Clark, Worthington and Ingersoll Rand

- Demonstrated success in achieving commercial and operational targets through effective business development initiatives

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively and develop lasting relationships with key clients

- Commitment to safety, customer service quality and to work in team-oriented environment
