Job Overview: In this role, the Supervisor will manage and oversee the performance of the Field Service Administrator team that is responsible for effective and responsive services to support business leaders in day-to-day business operations and activities. This position reports to the Director of Technology & Operational Support.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for training Field Service Administrators

- Lead process improvement initiatives to improve invoicing accuracy and job costing

- Ensure the team loads all costs to a job in a timely manner (material, labor, expenses, etc.)

- Audit service order jobs closed by the team for invoice and cost accuracies

- Responsible for order management to include accurate SAP sales order dates

- Other duties as assigned



Required Skills and Experience

- High school diploma/GED equivalent required

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college preferred

- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in Administration and Service/Operations Support

- Knowledge of general office management and current computer/office communications

- Expert in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook

- SAP experience required

- Microsoft Dynamics Field Service experience a plus

- Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities

- Must be able to lift at least 35 pounds physically to put items on the shelf for storage
