Davenport Foundation Repair is GROWING! We are seeking dynamic Outside Sales Representatives to REDEFINE the homeowner experience in Concrete, Foundation, Basement and Crawlspace repair solutions. Training Pay: Base plus commission for up to 6 months.

Then Commission Only: 8%-10% per sale (50% up-front, 50% at final)

What You'll Do:

Conduct in-home consultations to educate homeowners on long-term solutions for their property.

•

Utilize strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills to help homeowners make confident decisions.

•

Deliver "WOW" service every time by providing top-tier customer care.

Additional Details:

Start Date: June 2, 2025 (No exceptions)

•

Initial Travel: Must be able to travel for advanced Sales Training to our sister offices for week one (June 2-6, Arizona). Travel expenses will be covered.
