Position: Sales Representative (Roofing & Solar)

Responsibilities:

•

Generate and develop your own leads through canvassing, networking, and referrals.

•

Meet with homeowners across Tampa and surrounding areas to discuss roofing and solar solutions that save money and protect investments.

•

Present proposals, close sales, and manage client relationships.

•

Inspect roofs for damage and identify potential upgrades.

•

Represent Green Coast Roofing & Solar with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:

•

Reliable transportation – this is a must.

•

Self-starter with the ability to generate your own leads and manage your schedule.

•

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•

Comfortable with roof inspections – training is provided, no prior experience required.

•

Sales experience is a plus – roofing or solar background is even better but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Uncapped Commission: $50,000 - $500,000+ per year
