About This Job
•Customer Relationship Management:
+ Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with rig personnel, drilling engineers, and key decision makers.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned rigs and operators.
•Field Coverage & Support:
+ Regularly visit rigs and well sites to ensure proper product use, provide technical support, and address customer concerns.
+ Attend rig meetings, safety briefings, and operational reviews as required.
•Sales & Market Development:
+ Identify new business opportunities and promote the company’s downhole tool solutions.
+ Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maximize market share.
•Tool Requests & Logistics:
+ Submit and track tool requests in coordination with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and deployment.
+ Assist customers with tool selection and application recommendations.
•Communication & Reporting:
+ Maintain clear and timely communication with customers and internal teams.
+ Provide regular reports on field activities, market intelligence, and customer feedback.
+ Collect and analyze data on tool utilization and market penetration.
+ Provide insights and recommendations to management on market share growth strategies.
