Position Description:

Operate equipment and wells by applying operating and safety procedures and guidelines to meet daily operational plan, reduce equipment failure and efficient resources administration.

Responsibilities:

- Conducts site inspections of VOX and all associated equipment for compliance with requisite procedures; generates reports and recommendations based on findings.

- Responds to emergency situations and/or incidents, as appropriate.

- Assists in the completion of incident investigation and preparation of Incident Reports and Root Cause Analysis Reports (as needed) and assist in the development of corrective actions and oversee their implementation.

- Working/proven knowledge of oil and gas industry.

- Basic knowledge of federal and state regulations (OSHA, EPA, PADEP).

- Strong analytical and electro-mechanical problem-solving capability.

- Flexibility around work schedule and ability to travel as required.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work successfully individually as well as with a wide variety of people at different levels within and outside the organization.

- Ability to keep company propriety information confidential.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals, and engineered drawings.

- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

- Takes ownership and accountability of equipment and operations on assigned site(s).

- Independent thinker with a willingness to learn.

- Ensure company vehicles are properly maintained for safety, appearance, and mechanical longevity.

- Always represent EWS as a professional in appearance and demeanor, even when not “on the clock”.

- Attends client meetings and industry conferences/work groups (as required) to keep abreast of industry and customer-standard and emerging policies and trend to maintain Operational/safety compliance.

Pay:

$27-30/hr
