We're Hiring! | HSE Advisor – Full-Time Grande Prairie, AB Savanna Well Servicing

Are you passionate about health, safety, and making a real impact in the field? Savanna Well Servicing is looking for a dedicated HSE Advisor to join our team in Grande Prairie, AB.

As a key member of our HSE team, you'll spend 80% of your time in the field, supporting our operations to ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence across Western Canada.

What You’ll Do

✔️ Champion and model our Savanna One Principles

✔️ Educate and mentor teams on HSE best practices

✔️ Lead field inspections and incident investigations

✔️ Support continuous improvement through data and analysis

✔️ Stay ahead of industry standards and OH&S regulations

✅ What We’re Looking For

✔️ 5+ years in an HSE role (field experience - travelling to multiple work sites), well servicing industry experience is preferred

✔️ Strong working knowledge of OH&S, AER, and IRPs

✔️ Excellent communication and organizational skills

✔️ Certificate/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (preferred)

✔️ Valid driver’s license (clean abstract)

✔️ Based in or around Grande Prairie.

Candidate must be willing to travel out of town in remote locations regularly, work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation schedule.
