Your Day-to-Day:

- Oversee the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of all administrative operations supporting site management personnel. This includes managing the full lifecycle of employee onboarding and training processes for all Westinghouse staff, ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency. Managing payroll data and submitting reports

- Manages daily time entry within the correct payroll system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Responsible for generating and maintaining upload files to facilitate customer time verification and support comprehensive reporting requirements. Clear Organizational goals: Projects must be directly linked to the overreaching strategic objectives of the organization.

- Leads the preparation and management of financial reports and analytical deliverables for both Westinghouse and its clients. Utilizes independent judgment and discretion to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational and client-specific requirements

- Handles resolution of invoice-related discrepancies, including issues with payment status, job titles, classifications, and pay rates. Serves as the primary liaison with the client’s Accounts Payable department to confirm timely receipt and approval of invoices prior to payment deadlines

- Accurately compile and transmit weekly upload files to the client’s Accounts Payable department and designated contract administrator, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to reporting standards.

- Promptly address and resolve inquiries and issues raised by Westinghouse corporate payroll office, ensuring timely communication and effective problem-solving to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance.

- Ensure that customer-specific procedures for timesheet and payroll approvals are followed accurately and consistently, maintaining compliance with contractual and operational standards.

- Conduct thorough reviews of corporate financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Proactively identify and resolve outstanding issues to support reliable financial reporting and decision-making.

- Carry out other duties and responsibilities related to the Field Account Manager role as assigned by management, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to evolving operational needs.

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following qualifications and capabilities to the team:

- Completion of high school education or equivalent certification

- Proven experience in nuclear operations and/or field account management

- Ability to successfully pass comprehensive background checks, drug screening, and medical evaluations

- Physical capability to perform essential job functions, including standing, sitting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
