Fence Crew Leader/ Foreman

Job duties/ requirements include, but are not limited to:

-Needs to have extensive knowledge of commercial l fence installation

-Responsible for leading a crew of up to 3 installers / laborers in the field

-Responsible for crew truck, tools and equipment assigned to the crew

-Must be able to read plans/ blueprints

-Must be able to communicate clearly and efficiently to customers, contractors and co-workers

-Responsible for the crews production and how efficiently they work

-Must be able to drive a pick-up truck and trailer

-Must possess a VALID COLORADO DRIVER'S LICENSE & CLEAN MVR Any employment offer is contingent upon approval from insurance to drive a company vehicle

-Must possess strong leadership and time management skills

-Is sometimes responsible for making deciscions in the field

-Must be a common sense thinker with solid decision making skills
