Who We're Looking For:
•Experienced: 5+ years in residential and commercial construction, including at least 3 years of supervisory experience; strong ability to read architectural and structural drawings, material lists, and written specifications.
•Skilled: Advanced experience operating construction equipment such as skid loaders, tele-handlers, lifts, and forklifts. Experience with framing, metal roofing, and siding.
•Communicative & Coordinated: Able to communicate with crew members, office staff, and trade partners to keep projects moving efficiently.
•Safety & Results Focused: Balances productivity with a strong commitment to job site safety and material efficiency.
•Tech Savvy: Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, or laptop to communicate and track project information.
•Active: Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks in various outdoor conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead a field crew of 3-4 members to complete framing, siding, and roofing projects safely, efficiently, and on budget.
•Train & guide crew members in proper framing and finishing practices.
•Coordinate closely with the Project Manager to understand the scope, timelines, and material needs.
•Delegate tasks and maintain accountability to ensure daily progress and job site organization.
•Build professional relationships with site supervisors, general contractors, and client representatives.
•Report labor hours, material usage, and jobsite conditions accurately and promptly.
•Offer insight into improving crew operations and overall jobsite efficiency.
•Work full-time, approximately 5:30 AM – 5:00 PM, starting and ending at the shop for local jobs.
•Travel up to 3 hours away (50% local, 50% overnight); hotel provided, plus generous overnight stipend.
•Must supply personal work belt and basic hand tools.

•Competitive hourly rate of $28-$32/hour, with prevailing wage projects (approx. 40% of jobs) paying $55-$65/hour
