JOB SUMMARY:
Our Landscaping Crew Lead/Foreman leads our crews to provide superior lawn care to our clients. Responsible for supervision of crew while delivering quality service through safe operation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
•
Lead crew to operate safely while providing superior service quality
•
Drive company truck and perform daily vehicle inspections
•
Verify crew timesheets as required to make weekly payroll deadline
•
Delegate tasks to crew to ensure timely completion of all jobs
•
Class C Driver’s License and ability to meet Premier's guidelines for driver eligibility/insurability (Premier Service will assist with completion!)
•
Experience with lawn care, horticultural services, and landscape maintenance best practices
•
Experience leading small crews as a working Foreman
•
Willingness to work a flexible schedule with possible weekend availability
•
Ability to conduct business and effectively communicate in a professional manner at all times
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
•
Extended periods of walking outside for duration of shift
•
Frequent stooping, bending, climbing, grabbing
•
Lifting/carrying up to 50+ lbs.
