Job Summary
Ensures the optimal utilization of the organization's regional facilities. Assess and evaluate the physical space requirements of the organization and recommend space plans to meet the Company's business needs. Responsible for the development, coordination, and management of small to medium construction and remodel projects including AutoCAD drawing creation, Scope of Work development, material acquisition, and contractor management. Responsible for maintaining the drawing database for all buildings in the region. Responsible for budget analysis and forecasting of projects. Work with management and employees to ensure consistent and reliable service.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS* Prepare projections of immediate and long-range space requirements and facility maintenance needs to prepare budget projections for capital and O&M expenditures.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: Associate degree in engineering, facilities, business, architecture or related field or High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of relevant work experience.Experience: In addition to any experience required above, 5 years of experience in facilities operations or space planning duties.Licenses/Certifications: Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record. OTHER REQUIREMENTS* Travel requirements are expected 10-25% of the time. Overnight travel approximately 20% of the time is expected.
INITIAL POSITION / BASE SALARY FUNDING: approximately ($85,081-106,354/year) spanning this salary grade/title range.
