Phoenix Park Energy Marketing LLC (PPEM) is based in Houston, Texas and is engaged in the business of marketing, trading and transportation of NGLs in Canada, USA and Mexico predominantly via rail. The Rush City LPG terminal located in Rush City, Minnesota is at the core of PPEM’s strategy to increase product supply to customers in existing and potential new markets.
PPEM will engage temporary facility operations supplemental labor support as independent contractors under a 1099 classification.
- Minimum of a High School General Diploma OR equivalent combination of education, technical training, and experience in Facility Operations
- General knowledge or experience of truck and rail operations. Previous experience in terminal operations an asset.
- The Independent Contractor is primarily responsible for the safe and efficient operations of the terminal in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
- The Independent Contractor shall operate under the guidance of the Terminal Superintendent and/or lead Operator.
- The Independent Contractor is responsible for the safe handling of Rush City Terminal assets/products through the execution of safe, efficient, and timely turnaround of railcars and tank trucks in accordance with pre-contracted agreements. These activities must be conducted in compliance with clearly detailed procedures, safely, cost-effectively, and reliably and must be delivered in a manner that consistently adds value to PPEM’s overall business process.
- Assemble Bill of Ladings (BOLs) and deliver to the designated PPEML representatives.
- Conduct inspections, daily rounds and maintenance as required.
The Services shall be performed in accordance with the Company’s safety procedures and policies under supervision.
