Position Summary
Manages maintenance for assigned facilities—planning PMs, coordinating vendors, ensuring safety/compliance, and delivering excellent service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual PM plans and budgets; manage CMMS backlog and work order quality.
- Lead vendor selection, contracts, and performance for key building systems.
- Ensure compliance with life safety codes, permits, and inspections; maintain documentation.
- Optimize inventory, parts rooms, and procurement with Purchasing.
- Lead emergency response and business continuity planning for facilities.
- Coach maintenance technicians; track KPIs and continuous improvements.- 7+ years facilities/industrial maintenance with 3+ years leadership.
- Strong planning, vendor management, and regulatory knowledge.
- CMMS proficiency and excellent communication skills.
- Associate’s required; Bachelor’s preferred; relevant certifications a plus.
- Collaboration — partners effectively with operations, maintenance, contractors, and regulators.

- Excellence — maintains accurate, audit ready records; follows SOPs, permits, and regulations.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Field/plant environment with outdoor work in varied weather; exposure to chemicals, biological hazards, energized equipment, and confined spaces. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb, kneel, and wear required PPE. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
