About this opportunity

This position is responsible for performing daily building and grounds maintenance and custodial duties so that the building is both clean and safe for our internal and external customers.

What your role will look like

- Maintain outside grounds, including mowing, landscaping, trash pickup, and snow/ice management.

- Perform routine building maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, and air filters.

- Travel to other locations as needed to perform routine building maintenance and respond to work orders.

- Respond quickly to critical maintenance needs or emergencies, which may include working beyond or outside of regularly scheduled work hours.

- Perform custodial duties as assigned to ensure the building is clean and professionally presentable to customers and co-workers.

- Install office equipment.

- Participate in all safety and staff meetings.

- Develop and implement safe and successful project schedules to ensure that the building and grounds are well maintained, clean, and hazard-free.

- Be receptive to and successfully complete other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring to this role

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

- Licensure: Valid state license for vehicle size and appropriate endorsements.

- Demonstrated ability to safely and skillfully operate cleaning and landscaping equipment, such as floor polisher, vacuums and carpet cleaners, lawn mowers, plow truck, etc.
