Facility Maintenance Technician

Job description:

- Handle routine maintenance like cleaning, painting, and small repairs

- Inspect building for safety hazards

- Troubleshoot and fix mechanical and electrical systems

- Require 3+ years of facility maintenance experience

- Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
