The Facility Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of company facilities across multiple locations. This role ensures each site is properly maintained, compliant with safety and regulatory standards, and supports business operations effectively. The position combines hands-on facility oversight with strong vendor management, budgeting, and project coordination skills.
- Manage facility operations across multiple offices, service centers, and field locations.
- Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance at all sites.
- Coordinate and manage vendors and contractors for services such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, landscaping, and waste disposal.
- Develop, monitor, and manage facility-related budgets, including preventive maintenance, utilities, and capital projects.
- Ensure all facilities comply with OSHA, ADA, and local building and safety codes.
- Oversee lease administration, renewals, and coordination with landlords or property management firms.
- Lead or support space planning, relocations, and office build-outs or remodel projects.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and safety.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and manage work order systems for timely resolution of issues.
- Partner with Safety, HR, and Operations teams to ensure workplace safety and business continuity readiness.
- Manage a small team of maintenance staff or field coordinators as applicable.
- Track and report facility performance metrics, including maintenance costs, vendor performance, and energy usage.
- Performs other job-related duties as necessary or assigned.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of facility management experience, ideally supporting multi-site or field-based operations.
- Experience managing vendors, service contracts, and budgets across distributed locations.
- Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance processes, and vendor management.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for managing vendors and coordinating with internal teams.
- Knowledge of OSHA, environmental, and building regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems (CMMS or similar).
- Hands-on approach with the ability to travel regularly to company sites as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and conduct facility walkthroughs that may include stairs, rooftops, or outdoor areas.
- Frequent travel between company sites (estimated 25–40%).

May work in various settings at the Maverick Power facilities, in offices, in multiple shops, and in commercial buildings. Maintaining the same position or posture while performing tasks and sitting for prolonged periods.
