Position Summary
The Facilities Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of new construction and renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards. This role involves coordinating architects, contractors, and internal departments to ensure successful project completion.
Primary Position Responsibilities
•Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction and renovation projects from inception to completion.
•Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with internal departments.
•Coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
•Work closely with internal departments to ensure project alignment with organizational needs and minimize disruption.
•Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design, quality and safety standards.
•Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, blueprints and change orders.
•Prepare regular project updates for leadership.
•Complies with established CoServ safety and operating rules, procedures and guidelines including reporting unsafe practices to a supervisor.
•Complies with established CoServ Information Security Handbook, policies, procedures, and guidelines including reporting suspected information security incidents to Tech Support.
Secondary Position Responsibilities
•Assist in identifying long-term maintenance implications during the design and planning phases of construction projects.
•Support Facilities Maintenance department as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Position Requirements
Education, Experience, and Certifications Required
•High School Diploma or E.D equivalency.
•7+ years of experience in facility project management or related role.
•Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
Education, Experience, and Certifications Preferred
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Skills and Abilities Required
•Ability to communicate well with other departments and contractors.
•Ability to interpret and manage construction contracts, including AIA documents.
•Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy, ensuring high-quality outcomes with minimal oversight.
•Applies critical thinking and sound judgement to analyze problems and make effective decision.
Skills and Abilities Preferred
•Familiarity with permitting processes.
