How you'll make an impact

- Supervise daily maintenance and service operations at the assigned site.

- Coordinate internal staff and external vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.

- Implement innovative programs and processes that boost productivity and reduce costs.

- Monitor compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and safety standards (EHS).

- Manage operational budgets and monthly/quarterly reporting.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure service quality.

- Build strong internal client relationships through effective communication.

- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and facilities management.

- Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, automation, air quality, and preventive maintenance.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Experience managing multiple vendors and projects.

- Ability to work under pressure and make high-quality decisions.
