+ Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team to ensure operational excellence + Manage and optimize the annual maintenance budget + Collaborate with Engineering to enhance production line reliability + Define and implement maintenance policies and lifecycle procedures + Drive improvement projects to reduce downtime and boost efficiency + Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards + Support staffing, training, and development initiatives + Champion a culture of safety, innovation, and accountability
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field + 5–7 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment + Willingness to work 2nd shift and occasional weekends + Strong communication and leadership skills + Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) + Experience with ERP and workforce systems (e.g., SAP, Kronos)
