Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Facilitator to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs, the ability to manage priorities effectively, and a commitment to aligning personal actions with client business for improvement to collaborate on with the facilitator team is a must. Stated pay is per each group you facilitate up to 4 groups. You can earn additional revenue for private consulting time with our clients and a monthly commission for new companies you recruit and sign for as long as they are a member of Pivot. It is possible to see revenue to you between $80,000 and $100,000.
