Position Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on Operations & Administration Facilitator to support our busy Bonnyville location. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action—splitting their time between the shop and the office. You’ll play a key role in keeping field operations moving smoothly, making sure equipment is ready, jobs are organized, and all the paperwork gets done right the first time.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk job or a management role — it’s for someone who thrives on variety, stays organized, and jumps in wherever help is needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Shop & Field Support (Approx. 50%)
•Handle shipping and receiving of parts, tools, and equipment.
•Maintain inventory accuracy and keep materials organized for field jobs.
•Prep, load, and stage gear for crews going to site.
•Perform light maintenance on trucks and equipment, or arrange external servicing.
•Keep the shop tidy, stocked, and running efficiently.
•Assist with field job mobilization and demobilization as needed.
Office & Admin Support (Approx. 50%)
•Work with the purchasing team to generate and track purchase orders.
•Communicate with vendors to order parts, confirm delivery dates, and get quotes.
•Organize and submit site tickets, job paperwork, and safety documentation.
•Keep track of maintenance records and service schedules.
•Help the HSE team with onboarding packages, certifications, and compliance documents.
•General admin tasks to support day-to-day operations
What You Bring
•Experience working in an oilfield service, industrial, or logistics environment.
•Mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of trucks and tools.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to stay on top of paperwork.
•Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic computer systems.
•Good communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
•Class 5 driver’s license (required).
