Fabricator/Welder (Afternoon Shift)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

We’re seeking Fabricators with better-than-good welding skills, experience in manufacturing and machining, and a finesse in fabricating aluminum and stainless-steel products.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Safely operate welding, cutting, grinding, and drilling equipment, including overhead cranes and robotic welding machines.

- Read and interpret fabrication drawings to verify part dimensions and ensure accuracy.

- Monitor equipment and material stock to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.

- Collaborate with Quality Control, Engineering, the Safety Committee, and Management to continuously improve products, processes, and the work environment.

- Accurately track job time using tablets and the barcode system.

- Attend and actively participate in company-wide and shop-floor meetings.

OTHER INFORMATION:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kelowna (805 Crowley Ave, Kelowna, BC V1Y 7G6), working a 10-hour afternoon shift (Monday - Thursday, 2:00 pm - 12:30 am).

WHAT YOU BRING:

- 3–5 years of fabrication experience.

- At least 2 years of TIG welding experience with aluminum and stainless steel (pipe and plate).

- Experience with CNC machining, Red Seal fabrication, or Welding Level “C” or “B” is an asset.
