Metal Fabricator Location: Grand Prairie, TX Company: Monarch Metal Inc.

Monarch Metal Inc. is growing our fabrication capabilities in Grand Prairie, TX, and we’re looking for an experienced Metal Fabricator to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll operate and maintain fabrication equipment while helping us expand capacity to bring in more business.

What You’ll Do:

- Operate shears, Amada press brakes, turret punch machines, and related equipment

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on fabrication machinery

- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work orders

- Ensure accuracy, quality, and safety in all fabrication work

- Support process improvements as we grow our shop’s capabilities

What We’re Looking For:

- Demonstrated experience running shears, Amada press brakes, and turret punch machines

- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to maintain and troubleshoot machinery

- Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools

- Safety-focused, reliable, and a team player

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
