Votre rôle

L'expert produit agit comme le pivot entre les équipes de vente, de gestion de compte, de succès client et les équipes techniques Cleo.

Véritable expert·e du produit SaaS Cleo et de ses applications, il/elle accompagne les clients tout au long du cycle de vie — de la qualification des besoins à la mise en œuvre, puis dans le suivi post-vente — afin d’assurer la satisfaction, la fidélisation et la croissance des comptes ainsi que de l’amélioration du produit et de ses fonctionnalités en fonction des besoins des utilisateurs.


Responsabilités principales


Soutien aux ventes et avant-vente

- Participer activement aux rencontres clients en appui à l’équipe de vente pour valider la faisabilité technique et l’adéquation des solutions proposées.

- Traduire les besoins clients en configurations, spécifications ou recommandations produit concrètes.

- Préparer la documentation technique ou les démonstrations nécessaires pour appuyer les propositions commerciales.

- Contribuer à la formation de l’équipe des ventes sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités et applications produits.


Onboarding et succès client

- Coordonner l’intégration des nouveaux clients après la vente (mise en service, formation, accompagnement initial).

- Agir comme point de contact privilégié lors des premières phases d’utilisation du produit.

- Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration, de personnalisation ou d’optimisation de l’expérience client.


Gestion de compte et suivi post-vente

- Participer aux revues de performance client (« business reviews ») pour assurer la satisfaction et détecter les besoins émergents.

- Collaborer avec l’équipe commerciale pour identifier des opportunités de ventes additionnelles (upsell / cross-sell).

- Documenter les retours clients et travailler avec le développement produit pour influencer les évolutions futures.


Expertise produit et veille

- Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des fonctionnalités, applications et avantages concurrentiels du produit.

- Effectuer une veille continue sur les tendances du marché, les besoins clients et les innovations pertinentes.

- Jouer un rôle de référence interne sur les questions techniques et d’application produit.


Profil recherché

- Formation technique ou en ingénierie, combinée à une solide compréhension des processus commerciaux.

- Expérience dans un rôle de support technique, de gestion de compte ou de succès client B2B.

- Forte capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques et à bâtir une relation de confiance avec les clients.

- Esprit analytique, sens du service et curiosité pour les produits et leur application.

- Aisance dans les présentations et les interactions clients à différents niveaux hiérarchiques.

TITLE: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

Its flagship products include the Cleo smart charging management platform, the CHRGPK power distribution unit, and the PRKOUT home charging solution.


Your Role

The Product Expert acts as the bridge between the sales, account management, customer success, and Cleo technical teams. A true product and application expert, this person supports clients throughout the entire lifecycle of the Cleo SaaS application—from needs assessment to implementation and post-sale follow-up—to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and account growth as well as improving the product and its features based on user needs.


Key Responsibilities


Sales and Pre-Sales Support

- Actively participate in client meetings alongside the sales team to validate technical feasibility and solution fit.

- Translate customer needs into concrete configurations, specifications, and product recommendations.

- Prepare technical documentation and product demonstrations to support commercial proposals.

- Contribute to training the sales team on new product features and applications.


Onboarding and Customer Success

- Coordinate the onboarding of new clients after the sale (commissioning, training, initial support).

- Act as the main point of contact during the initial product implementation phases.

- Identify opportunities for improvement, customization, and optimization of the customer experience.


Account Management and Post-Sales Follow-Up

- Participate in customer performance reviews (business reviews) to ensure satisfaction and identify emerging needs.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- Document client feedback and work with the product development team to influence future enhancements.


Product Expertise and Market Insight

- Maintain deep knowledge of product features, applications, and competitive advantages.

- Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and relevant innovations.

- Serve as an internal reference on technical and product application matters.


Ideal Profile

- Technical or engineering background combined with a solid understanding of commercial processes.

- Experience in technical support, account management, or B2B customer success.

- Strong ability to simplify technical concepts and build trust-based client relationships.

- Analytical mindset, service orientation, and curiosity for products and their applications.

- Comfortable presenting and engaging with clients at all organizational levels.
