Experienced Railcar Trans-loading Operator

Florida Transload LLC (DBA Southern Transload) is urgently hiring 2 experienced RailcarTrans-loading Operator to join our team in the Edison, NJ area. This is a full-time position where the primary responsibilities include the efficient loading and unloading of railcars. The role requires physical strength, you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and adhere to the safety protocols of our company. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who excel in managing physical tasks and maintaining operational effectiveness.

Railcar loading experience is a MUST, please refrain from applying if you do not have prior knowledge of this type of role. However, experience with handling of liquid bulk is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

- Load and unload liquid bulk materials from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.

- Utilize equipment such as pumps, air compressors, and hoses for material movement.

- Perform tasks to fulfill railcar requirements accurately and efficiently.

- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.

- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet operational goals.

Qualifications:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols.

- Rail-car loading experience is required.

- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and physical stamina to manage the demands of the job.
