The Power Executive Strategy Leader will play an integrative role in the development and execution of the Power segment strategy by acting as a trusted thought leader that executes strategic agendas by exploring growth opportunities and managing projects end-to-end. This leader will be a visible partner heavily involved in leading the process of integrating various elements of strategy (market, commercial, competition, product, partnerships, etc.) to support growth of the Power Segment. Reporting to the Power Chief Strategy Officer, this role will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across GE Vernova and Power organizations to lead effective execution of strategic priorities, business development, and project management.
The Strategy Leader will develop and execute plans and establish standards to support the organization’s goals, objectives, and breakthrough initiatives and increase value in the way work is done. This individual will operate with high integrity and strive to apply sound deductive reasoning in all situations. They will be viewed as approachable and collaborative by stakeholders and peers and will consistently focus on delivering quality outcomes, even under challenging circumstances. With a “One Team” mindset, the Strategy Leader should be perceived as a true supporter by all stakeholders. Success in this role will require a strong understanding of business dynamics, as well as a forward-thinking approach. Analytical acumen, solutions-oriented attitude, strong self-motivation, and influential skills are required.

The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $300,000 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s geographic location, experience, education, skill set, and work location. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation and equity. Benefits include health and additional benefits.
