Position Overview:
The CEO will assume responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of Sivan Windows and Doors, driving sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and market penetration. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven ability to scale service-oriented businesses, establish new branches, and cultivate stakeholder relationships while upholding the company’s reputation for quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
•Strategic Growth Leadership: Develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy to expand service offerings, enter new geographic markets, and establish branch locations.
•Operational Oversight: Optimize end-to-end service workflows, including project management, installation processes, and customer service operations, ensuring alignment with quality and efficiency standards.
•Financial Management: Direct budgeting, financial forecasting, and P&L accountability to maximize profitability and resource allocation.
•Stakeholder Engagement: Strengthen partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless service delivery and competitive advantage.
•Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
•Market Positioning: Elevate brand visibility through strategic marketing initiatives, community engagement, and industry thought leadership.
•Technology Adoption: Implement cutting-edge tools and systems to enhance project tracking, customer communication, and operational scalability.
Qualifications:
•Executive Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles within home improvement services, window/door installation, or related service industries.
•Proven Expansion Expertise: Demonstrated success in scaling service-based organizations, including opening new branches and driving revenue growth.
•Operational Acumen: Deep understanding of service delivery models, subcontractor management, and customer lifecycle optimization.
•Financial Expertise: Mastery of financial strategy, including pricing models, cost control, and profitability analysis in a service-driven environment.
•Leadership Excellence: Track record of inspiring cross-functional teams, resolving complex challenges, and aligning operations with strategic goals.
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
