- Provide high-level executive administrative support to the President & CEO.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain strong organizational practices to prioritize competing tasks and deadlines.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and logistics of corporate events and meetings.
- Protect confidential information and handle sensitive matters with the highest level of discretion.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and digital filing.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent phone and customer-service etiquette.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage time and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing administrative support to senior leadership.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly efficient and deadline-driven with a proactive work approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese required.
