We’re a stealth-stage fund and tech startup operating at the intersection of alternative markets and quantitative strategy, with a focus on uncovering inefficiencies in the sportsbook space. Backed by experienced operators and growing quickly, we’re building the infrastructure to scale a high-performance, data-driven business.
We're currently a lean team with outsized ambition. Our founder is a visionary leader with a strong track record of execution and growth — and we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to help him move faster, stay focused, and operate at his highest level.
As Executive Assistant to the Founder, you’ll be the right hand to a fast-moving, high-performing founder building a category-defining company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-autonomy environments, is obsessively organized, and loves bringing structure to chaos.
You’ll be responsible for helping the founder protect his time, manage priorities, and maintain operational flow across internal and external initiatives.
Your north star is simple: help the founder stay focused on what matters most. In practice, that will mean wearing many hats — and the exact nature of your responsibilities will evolve as the company grows.
Expect your day-to-day to include a blend of the following:
Own the calendar, protect time for deep work, prep for meetings, and ensure follow-ups happen — all while anticipating what’s around the corner.
Help prioritize what’s urgent vs. important across dozens of tasks, messages, and ideas. You’ll help reduce cognitive load, not add to it.
Whether it’s coordinating a last-minute call with a partner, organizing internal priorities, or pushing a key project forward, you’ll keep the wheels turning.
You’ll jump into whatever needs to be done, figure out how to do it, and get it done fast.
You’ll spot gaps, remove blockers, and flag anything that might slow us down, often before anyone else realizes it’s a problem.
