Position Overview:
Five Hills Mining Canada is seeking a versatile professional with an engineering or business administration background to join as an Executive Assistant. This role acts as a key liaison across departments, supporting executive-level initiatives and ensuring smooth communication. Over time, the role will evolve, allowing the candidate to transition into a specialized engineering or business-focused position based on skills and company needs.
- Support executives with scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure projects run efficiently
- Assist in data analysis, reporting, and operational decision-making
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams on ongoing projects
- Adapt and take on new responsibilities as the role evolves into a specialized position
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline) or Business Administration
- Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability and willingness to relocate to Grande Cache, AB
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
