We are currently seeking a full-time Executive Administrative Assistant
to join our team in Wixom, MI. This on-site role provides high-level administrative support to the executive team and plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle confidential correspondence and communications professionally
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, and special projects
- Minimum of 3 years in an executive or senior administrative support role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs proactively
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
Compensation:
Starting at $60,000 annually, with final salary to be determined based on experience and qualifications.
