We are seeking a highly organized and motivated
Events Assistant
to support the planning and execution of corporate events, property showcases, and client functions. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating logistics, managing event materials, and ensuring each event runs smoothly and effectively. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail, communication skills, and a desire to grow within the real estate and event management fields.
Responsibilities•Assist in planning, organizing, and executing property-related events and client gatherings
•Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics
•Prepare event materials, promotional items, and setup needs
•Support on-site event operations, including registration, guest coordination, and troubleshooting
•Maintain detailed event records, schedules, and budgets
•Collaborate with the Events Manager and marketing team to meet event goals
•Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas of improvement
Qualifications
Qualifications•High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred
•1-2 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative support
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
