Things You’ll Do

- Prepare and manage bids, estimates, budgets, and project resources.

- Oversee construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

- Mentor and train interns, engineers, and field staff.

- Build and maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Conduct detailed project planning, including reviewing drawings, specifications, and contracts.

- Analyze risks, recommend cost-effective solutions, and negotiate contracts.

- Monitor and resolve construction issues while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

- Utilize software tools such as HCSS, Viewpoint, and Microsoft Office Suite to track costs, schedules, and reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in estimating and managing projects.

- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and technical skills.

- Proficiency with construction processes, financial analysis, and scheduling software.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform ongoing physical tasks.
