Estimators/Project Managers are responsible for evaluating all aspects of bids to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals. They are accountable for in the take-off of each project’s budget, oversight, and schedule. They analyze each project’s overall technical requirements, including drawings and specifications, factoring in contractual, safety, environmental, and quality requirements to estimate the cost of labor and material and the schedule to complete the project.

An emphasis is placed on producing high quality products while prioritizing safety.
They work closely with Estimators to meet customers’ expectations and to ensure overall success. They must understand the level of quality and performance that leads to customer satisfaction and future opportunities. They are encouraged to utilize creativity and accept ownership for their accomplishments.
