Estimator- Exterior Siding Contractor- Construction

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for estimating exterior siding projects and procurement of materials.

Duties

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for exterior siding projects.

Communicate with clients to understand project requirements, budget constraints, and timelines.

Review and analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand the scope of the project.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and best practices to provide clients with the most current and cost-effective solutions.

Experience

Experience as an estimator or in a similar role within the construction industry.

Knowledge of exterior siding materials, installation methods, and industry standards.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is a plus.
