ERP/Production Control Specialist

Black Lion - Products is a leading AISC-certified structural steel fabricator. We deliver high-quality structural steel to some of the nation’s largest projects. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Tekla PowerFab Coordinator to manage our digital workflow and ensure smooth integration across estimating, purchasing, inventory, production, and project management.

The Tekla PowerFab Coordinator will be responsible for operating and overseeing Tekla PowerFab software across all modules. This role ensures accurate data entry, workflow integration, and communication between departments. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in steel fabrication processes.

We use Tekla PowerFab, a steel fabrication management software, to run our projects. Experience with Tekla PowerFab or similar systems (FabSuite, Strumis, FabTrol, or ERP-style software) is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate who is strong with scheduling, data management, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Tekla PowerFab modules: Combining, Estimating, Inventory, Project Management, Production Control, Purchasing, Order Entry.

- Ensure accurate, real-time data entry and reporting across departments.

- Support project managers, estimators, and shop supervisors with up-to-date information.

- Train and support other employees in Tekla PowerFab usage.

- Customize workflows and reporting to match company procedures. Qualifications

- Prior experience with Tekla PowerFab or similar fabrication management software (highly preferred).

- Background in structural steel fabrication, estimating, or production control.

- Strong organizational and data-management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a multi-user environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). What We Offer

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
