Job Title: ERP Coordinator – Steel Division Location: Texas Branch (On-site)
Pacific Shoring Products is hiring an ERP Coordinator to join our Texas-based steel manufacturing team. If you're experienced in production planning, inventory control, and ERP systems like Acumatica, this is your chance to take ownership of a critical role.
You’ll work directly with our California office, helping to maintain and improve our ERP-driven production schedule, manage work orders, and ensure smooth material flow. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives on accuracy, coordination, and being the hub between engineering, purchasing, and production.
· Ensure production data and labor time estimates are complete and accurate in Acumatica
· Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and Plant Manager to fill in missing data
· Submit time estimate updates to the Accounting team for ERP configuration
· Create and issue work orders, ensuring materials and drawings are in place
· Help shape the scheduling and inventory flow processes as we grow
· 3+ years in manufacturing, planning, or ERP-related roles
· Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica a big plus)
· Strong understanding of BOMs, work orders, and inventory processes
· Comfortable in both an office and shop floor environment
Location: Full-time, on-site at our Texas steel manufacturing facility (85% office / 15% shop floor)
