Equipment Operator

S&K Stone is seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on position responsible for safely operating heavy machinery, loading customer orders and assisting with daily yard operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety focused and comfortable working in a fast paced outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, skid steers and front end loaders.

· Load and unload material such as stone and gravel.

· Accurately help fill customer orders.

· Monitor quality standards.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area.

· Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

· Assist with general yard duties as needed.

Requirements

· Experience operating heavy machinery (forklift, skid steer, loader, etc.)

· Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

· Strong attention to safety and detail.

· Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

· Excellent work ethic with consistent and reliable attendance.

Schedule

· Full Time, Monday-Friday

Compensation

· Based on experience

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
