This role is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Remote arrangements may be considered depending on the candidate’s location.
We are seeking an EPC Project Manager to lead and coordinate the engineering, procurement, and construction activities for energy projects — ensuring efficient, safe execution within the established schedule and budget.
Serve as the central coordinator across all project execution phases, ensuring proper integration between technical design, procurement, and construction, while managing interfaces with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Lead end-to-end EPC project management from kickoff through commissioning
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk registers
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless handoffs
- Strategic planning and progress monitoring across all project phases
- Manage technical documentation and ensure design compliance
- Cross-functional coordination and external stakeholder liaison
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Energy, Civil, or Electrical Engineering
- Master's degree in Project Management or Renewable Energy

- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Highly Valued
- OSHA 30 certification
Plus- 5+ years in technical EPC project execution roles, preferably in renewables
- Hands-on experience with photovoltaic, BESS, and electrical infrastructure projects
- Proven ability to manage design, specification, and execution phases end-to-end
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate cross-functional teams
- Strong results-driven mindset with a track record of delivering on commitments
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
