Location: Front Range, CO (Fort Collins - Greeley - Longmont and surrounding areas)
Pay: $20 - $24 per hour (Depending on Experience and Qualifications)
Job Type: Full Time Seasonal June - November (Estimated)
Travel Requirement: Up to 50% of the time
EcoPoint has multiple ongoing projects throughout the intermountain west and is seeking individuals interested in full-time work starting in June until snow conditions prevent further work, expected in late November or early December. The type of work being conducted will be noxious weed treatments, brush thinning, seed collection, live plant installation, tractor mowing, and vegetation monitoring. This work will be conducted in an outdoor environment with adverse weather conditions including extreme temperatures. Work will not be conducted when unsafe conditions occur such as lighting or thunder storms. Applicants are not required to have experience in these exact areas, however experience with some of the work types and demonstrated ability to learn new tasks in the field is expected. A good candidate will have experience identifying noxious and native plant species in Colorado. Employees will be thoroughly trained to operate all equipment required for the duties in a safe manner prior to being expected to perform in the field.
Successful applicants must have a high level of self-motivation, be able to work independently, have exemplary work ethic, and have a willingness to continue learning new skills and knowledge. Employees are always expected to represent the company in a professional and safe manner while in the field. All field equipment, cell phone, vehicles, and PPE will be provided by EcoPoint.
