Provide structure/methodology and leadership to the process for assessing organizational learning and development needs (Job/Task Analysis) and assessing individual learning and development needs.
· Plan, design, coordinate and maintain procedures and systems to investigate, evaluate, monitor, detect, and record occupational, and environmental conditions, liabilities, and exposures.
· Respond to inquiries from employees regarding environmental concerns.
· Conduct comprehensive studies and on-site surveys for recognition and evaluation of various radiological and environmental conditions, including studies of environmental quality and exposures.
· Survey, inspect, and evaluate facilities and other physical properties to identify radiological and environmental best practices and concerns.
· Prepare special and periodic reports, guidelines, manuals, newsletters, summaries, and bulletins.
· Participate in third-party and regulatory inspections, surveys, and audits; interface with federal, state, and local agencies
