As an Entry Level Sales/Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in generating customer leads, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional service to homeowners. You'll learn to inspect properties, assess scope, and effectively manage projects under the guidance of our experienced team.

Responsibilities:
•Lead Generation: Utilize your communication skills and creativity to identify and pursue potential leads. This may involve cold calling, networking, and utilizing online resources to expand the customer base.
•Sales Goal Achievement: Work diligently to meet and exceed sales targets set by the company. Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities and capitalize on market trends.
•Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exemplary service and addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Act as a trusted advisor throughout the restoration process, guiding homeowners with empathy and expertise.
•Property Inspections: Learn to conduct thorough inspections of properties to assess storm damage and determine the scope of restoration work required. Develop an eye for detail and the ability to accurately evaluate property conditions.
•Project Management Support: Assist in organizing and managing restoration projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
